We support current grants and special programs. Our Grants and Program manager ensures that the implementation, staffing, budget, reports, and other deliverables of each grant or program meet the expectations of the funders and strategic goals of our clients. The manager also provides assistance and recommendations regarding the acquisition of new organizational ventures
- Provide supervision, management and direction to the grants and special programs
- Leads the teams and committees responsible for implementation of grants and special programs
- Works closely and effectively with grant writers and leadership to identify grant pertinent opportunities that align with the current programs and the mission of the organization
- Creates templates for evaluating the implementation and progress of all grants and special programs in the organization
- Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process
- Implements according to the clinical, operational, and financial needs of the organization
- Submit and present timely progress reports and grant deliverables
- Remains and informs about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring timely completion of work responsibilities
- Leads an on-going meeting to discuss grant and special program progress toward goals
- Works with development and finance staff to oversee the job of invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative functions to ensure successful execution of grant process
- Prepares financial or budget plans and allocation along with the development and finance department in accordance with each requirement
- Works with finance and development staff to develop grant/special program financial metrics, analyze the budget trends and make recommendations for cost control and reduction for various grants
- Develops, implements, manages, and distributes program dashboards
- Works with clinical leadership and quality teams to develop clinical quality measures that align with grant/special program initiatives
- Provides detailed reports to the funders, and executive team, with respect to the organization's progress
- Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded or special programs
- Maintains records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities
- Provides training to the new staff on grants management and reporting requirements
